How do I register and setup a melody as a ring back tone?

There are following ways to set the melody:
● IVR - Call on short number 120 and follow instructions of auto-informer, the call is free of charge if you are in home network;
● WEB - use the web-site of the service www.bonson.ht;
● USSD - dial on your mobile phone *120*2# (call);
● SMS - Send command ON to the number ‘120’.
When you register you will get one pop song free of charge. You can set a calling number for each ring back tone, and the caller will hear the ring back tone when he/she calls you. You can also visit the Bon Son service website to view more ring back tone choices. We provide you with music from categories such as pop music, classical music, and hot ranked music.

Melodies price

The entire music content within the service is divided into two main categories:
- Standard melody – is provided by default right after the RBT service activation and it is free of charge during all period of service RBT use.
- Paid melodies - first 24 hours of using of paid content is free of charge, then Subscriber will be charged on daily basis, according to the content added to his personal library. Paid melodies are divided into three groups:
- Single melodies - 1 HTG a day;
- Melodies bundles* - 2 HTG a day ;
- Music channels** - 4 HTG a day.
The fee is charged for each set melody / melody bundle / music channel according to the price category. *Melodies bundles - 3 melodies grouped together. Subscriber purchases the whole set, but not each melody separately. The content of the package will play randomly for every call and set of melodies wouldn’t be changed. **Music channels - 10 melodies grouped on thematic basis. Subscriber purchases the whole set, but not each melody separately. The content of the channel will play randomly for every call and can be changed by the Operator periodically without notifying of the Subscriber.

Setting up play rules

For all the melodies from the personal library list, Subscriber can set the following playing rules:
-on a friends or colleagues number
-on certain days of week
-on a certain time range;
-on a certain date Set the playing rules for the melody can be done through the Bon Son Personal Account on https://bonson.ht Setting rules for playing melodies for certain numbers has the highest priority, then the timing playback settings apply. If the settings for the time or for a number are not set, then the melodies will be played in random order for all users.

Juke-Box option

Juke-Box – function of a random choice of a melody from the list of melodies, specified in the Personal List. While subscription to the service - Juke-Box is turned On for all subscribers for free.
- If Juke-Box is turned On - all melodies from the personal library will play in random order.
- If Juke-Box is turned Off - then the latest purchased melody will play by default.

Melody for two

“Melody for two” is an option that provides to a subscriber to set up one ring back tone melody for yourself and a friend. When you call your friend - you will hear a customized ringtone and vice versa. The cost of the option is 1 HTG/day and the payment is deducted from the account of the subscriber who made the rule only. * there is no possibility to setup this melody as default or to add personal rules for this melody.

Blacklist option

There are two types of blacklist available for Natcoms’ customers. If you are Bon Son user and you don't want to hear the melodies when calling to certain numbers - you can add these numbers to your personal Blacklist from the website https://bonson.ht. After adding them to your blacklist, when calling the standard buzzer will be played. If you are not a Bon Son user and you want to hear the standard buzzer in place of melodies, you can add your number to the global blacklist by calling to the customer care.

How do delete a melody

In case the subscriber does not wish to use the melody, he can delete it at any time in the Personal account of the service in the following way:
- Call the short number 120;
- On the website of the service https://bonson.ht
- By dialing on your mobile phone *120# (call), select the melody from personal library, and then delete it
- By sending command 71#{content ID} to the shortnumber 120
